It’s time for our Clickin Moms February Blog Circle and while many of my photographer friends from around the globe captured some amazing and delicious looking sweets, I took the road less traveled. As we are nearing March and the ever-impending tank top, shorts and dare-I-say bikini season (or tankini for my post-mama body), I am finally ready to put an end to my high-sugar and chocolate-filled “holiday” eating and start living a more disciplined and healthier lifestyle. Thus, my first attempt at one of those “Green Smoothies” I keep hearing about….
I started out with an orange and spinach then pretty much added whatever other fruits I had in the house + a dash of coconut milk + flaxseed. I worked my poor little blender hard. The result?
